People don’t understand what love is. Love is everything. EVERYTHING and much more. Love moves. Love is: ‘It never goes away. It is always there. It is what connects people to God.’
Human being – you are more than you believe. Human being – you are more than you think. Human being – you can do more than you think. You do not think and believe that you are good.
You are good – human being. You can do a lot. You are a lot. Only you cannot accept that. You do not believe in yourself. You do not go and do what you want.
Human being – it is now necessary for you to go. You can go. Everything is ready. Only – only you can go. Only you can decide whether you want to go.

Nothing is more important than me. I come first. I want. No one is more important than me. That should be clear. That’s how you behave. You want to show: ‘I am the most important?’
That may not necessarily be the case, but we know people who are like that. They are ruthless. They always have to be at the forefront. They always speak. They are surrounded by people who help them to be. To be what they are. Egocentric.
They are at the centre. You have to let them be the centre of attention. You have to. If you can’t, you’re not with them. They don’t want people around them who question things. Who say no. They can’t stand that. You have to agree with them. Be with them. Accept them practically unconditionally. I’m the boss. I decide. You are subservient to me. No questioning, no asking, just doing. Doing what I want.
Leadership is different. It wants to let people do things. Not dictate anything. Say clearly what you want. Hide nothing. Just explain openly what you want. You don’t need to hide anything. You have a clear structure. The organisational structure is simple. You don’t have subordinates. You don’t need them.
You have managers who want to cooperate. Cooperation means: „You are on an equal footing with me. I want you to be on equal footing with me. I want to be with you. You and I do. We are a team. Nothing can separate us. We both want the same thing. The company should benefit from it.‘
No ego trips. No ’I’m the best. I have to be the best.“ No, you want community. You want to be together. Everyone is responsible. Everyone knows what they are responsible for. The responsibility is clear. You can rely on everyone to fulfil their responsibilities.
No bossing around. You’re together. Everyone knows what’s at stake. You don’t want it any other way.
You love each other. Love is important. Love stands for everything. Love stands for the way you treat each other. You value each other. You’re together and happy. You love what you do. You want to do it. That’s why you’re there. You’re not there to earn money. You’re there to do. To do what you enjoy. Money comes. Of course, you need money. But money isn’t what it’s all about.
Money is necessary to live. You need money to be able to afford things. Money is also necessary to be able to buy things. Money is good. Good when it does something. Money alone does not make you happy. A saying? No, it’s true. How many people earn a lot of money and are not happy? They also have a lot and are not satisfied with it. You can afford a lot, but you don’t see it. You don’t see what it does. You have to. You have to do more and more, the more you accumulate. The more you have, the more you have to do.
It is important to understand this. With always wanting more comes greed. You can’t get enough. You always want more. You no longer consciously perceive the ‘more’. You have. Although you have a lot, you want even more. Why? You compare yourself. You compare yourself to others. It is then important that you have. This starts a cycle for people that is not good. You overlook a lot. You can no longer be without. Without having a lot.
Having becomes a must. People just have to. That makes them different. You have to do. Lots of bonuses this year. Even more bonuses next year. That means: ‘Do even more.’
But doing even more can also mean: ‘Reluctance spreads. You don’t really want to. But you have to. You have to, otherwise there will be no more bonuses.’
Once people are out for bonuses, something changes. You no longer do what you are there to do, you do it for bonuses. You also don’t want to see that you have fewer bonuses than the other person. The team begins to falter. Why? Envy arises. Envy and resentment too. Why don’t I have it? What didn’t I do that he did? I’m no worse than him. I want it too.

When everyone wants the same thing, then it’s a team. Then a lot can happen. Otherwise, it will soon be over. You are no longer what you used to be. You think. Thinking becomes important. You think a lot. A lot about what the other person has. You can no longer get along so well with each other. Why? Because you think the other person has more. More and does the same thing.
That doesn’t make a team. A good team doesn’t think. It acts. You are together. People are close to each other. They want to be together. You don’t have to be together, you want to be together. The feeling of well-being grows. There is energy. You can be together. This togetherness inspires. It enriches the day. You look forward to seeing each other.
Now a lot is possible. No one thinks about who is doing what. No one asks, ‘Who did that?’ Something is created. You are happy about it. A sense of unity emerges. You can feel it. We are strong. There is something there. We can do anything. Everyone wants to. No one pays attention to what the other is doing. No, everyone just wants things to move forward. Then a lot can happen. Then, when everyone contributes to moving things forward.
Leadership is everything. Why? Because it lays the foundation for everything written above.
No leadership and there is chaos. Chaos everywhere. People cannot work together. No teams. Just people who do. No one holds them together. They just have to do. No team spirit. No one is responsible?
No, not that, but no one feels responsible. People say, ‘He should do it. He wants it that way. We are nothing. Just there to serve him.’ Who? The manager.
Everything revolves around them. Everyone has to. They have to deliver what the one person says. You are a lone fighter. You also fight for the manager’s favour. They must be well served. Then we are fine. Then we are appreciated. No, that’s not how it is. You are there and you have work to do. That’s what you’re employed for. And paid for.

Then realise that you don’t want it that way. You don’t want to serve. You want to do what you want. That’s what you want.
You want to be independent. You don’t want to be dependent. You want to be with people. Be part of the whole. You want to be valued for that. You know you can do something. That’s why you want to be valued for it. Not like it is now: „You’re there. You do your job. You’re there every day. Nobody cares about you. Nobody wants you there. You sit in your office. At your desk. Are you? Yes, what are you? A number? That’s how it is in many companies. You’re a personnel number. You come and go. Nobody cares.
So you’re not there. You’re not seen. Not noticed. You know – human beings – that the most important thing for people is to be noticed. We know that – those of us who deal with it – and yet we do exactly the opposite. We don’t notice people.
Leadership is not leadership if it doesn’t notice people. If it’s just there. In position. Position-specific leadership is not leadership. Bosses are like that. People who have no relationship with other people. They are bosses. Mostly completely subservient to their EGO. They can’t help themselves. They don’t really care about their employees. To them, they are just agents. Nothing more. Do they need them? Yes, as long as they do what they want. Otherwise, they replace them. They don’t want them as people. To them, they are like things. Things that can be replaced.
Bosses are widespread today. Companies with bosses are not customer-oriented either. They don’t want people. So customers are just a tool for them too. But with customers, you have to have them. Customers bring in revenue. You need revenue. So you’re friendly. No, the boss doesn’t want anything to do with them. Maybe if they’re really important and bring him something too. Prestige, for example. But we don’t want human relationships. At most, among bosses. And then only if you can gain an advantage from it.
Human being – do you see more now? It’s all about humanity being there. Humanity stands for: ‘Attention to people. Care for people. Appreciation of people.’
Simply – love. I love people.
Leadership that cannot do this is not leadership. Leadership that does not love people does not lead. It does not exist. Nor can it do what is necessary to make people open. Open to everything.
Leadership that does not love people cannot open hearts. It thinks. It is in the head. The head does not help to build human relationships. The head cannot do that. The heart can.
The heart can love. It loves and connects. This creates relationships. Relationships are the most important thing. Without relationships, there is nothing. Meaning: ‘No lasting connection is formed.’
Without relationships, we humans are just something that is there and does things. We do it. Without enthusiasm. Without deep affection. We simply do what is necessary. Often only what is absolutely necessary. When that happens, the company is in danger. There is no energy. Only a sense of obligation keeps the company going. Everything becomes an obligation. There can be no love. Love is there, but it is not allowed. People who still show commitment are rejected. They are not wanted because otherwise the others would stand out. Those who are there and only want to do what they absolutely have to do.
Human beings – be aware: „This is often the case today. You too cannot escape it if you are in a company that has leadership that cannot lead. That has no regard for people.
Human beings – that’s how it is. It’s like that everywhere, otherwise things couldn’t be the way they are.
Leadership does not exist. The world is without leadership. Disorder is spreading. Chaos too. There are egomaniacs.
People without humanity. Meaning: ‘People are nothing to them. They do not value them. They have no relationships. They only have communities of interest to which they belong if they gain advantages. People are together when they have to be. When they have to show themselves. When they have to be there.’
Human being – don’t you see? That’s what surrounds you today. Let it be. It does you no good. Nothing but suffering. Egomaniacs don’t love people. They don’t know what to do with them. They only need them to show who they are. Bosses. Bosses without hearts. Or bosses with completely closed hearts. Who don’t feel themselves. Don’t see what they’re doing. Are completely gone.

Wanting means: „You have to be able to lead yourself. You have to constantly look at what you’re doing. Observe yourself, how you behave. Seek feedback. Seek feedback from everywhere on how you are perceived. This also means being open. Being able to listen. There is great power in listening. Hearts speak. They tell the truth. We don’t hear them. Human being – you can do a lot. But you are also very distracted. Distracted by many things. You believe that you have to. Be clear, you don’t have to do anything. You only think that you have to.
