Friends – a new year. It feels good. 2026. The numbers reveal something. Humans and God walk together. A new beginning is possible. The Earth. Humans. God – a team. They walk together and change what is necessary. They change everything that is necessary so that humanity is possible again.
It smells like change.
I see a blooming rose. A beautiful red rose. You know what I mean, friends: ‘The red, thick petals, tightly packed together and overlapping, shine and exude a wonderful fragrance.’
That’s how the new year should be. Should its scent beguile us? No, not that, but the new year should carry us on wings. What? How? Carry us on wings. A year should carry us on wings? That sounds strange. Both the wings and the idea that a year should carry us on wings.
But okay. Let’s accept it. Wings are good. Sounds easy. There’s no resistance either. After all, you can fly with wings. We simply fly over everything that wants to hinder us.
Well, we’ll gladly accept that. We are very agile. Flying over everything. We are light-footed. Looseness takes hold of us. We are carefree.
Friends – that would be wonderful: ‘To be carefree on our way.’ We are more used to obstacles being put in our way. That makes it feel all the more wonderful that all of that could be gone.
Well, let’s continue to assume that everything happens without us having to fight. Without having to do anything tensely. Friends – that would be wonderful. To be able to be completely relaxed.
We can be different with it. What? How? Exactly – friends – you know, when we are relaxed, we are different. You can see it in us. We have a smile on our faces. We walk along casually. We are also friendly. We engage with people more easily.
We enjoy being with people. We enjoy being together. When we can be ourselves. How we are? I am the way I am.
Friend – you know that’s not always true. At least sometimes, you are not the way you would like to be. Especially when you’re tense. When you have to. When you can’t do anything else. When you simply have to. Someone tells you something you can’t refuse. So you just do it. Even the things you don’t want to do.
That doesn’t give you wings. It paralyses you and prevents you from being yourself. You simply become what others want you to be. Conformed. Someone who does what others want.
Friends – we all know this feeling. In any case, we are not good then. We are not good to ourselves, but we are also not good with other people. We don’t like ourselves. We also have a problem with people.
No flying possible. Nothing is easy. Life is hard. We don’t want life. We want something different, but we can’t do anything about it.
2026 smells like change – I wrote above. What do we mean by change?
I know – friends – change is not one of our favourite topics. We want to preserve and maintain. Change – yes – if we absolutely have to. But even when we have to, we’re not enthusiastic about it. It’s hard for us to associate it with flying. Just as hard as the thought that I have to change something.
Friends – that can change. We are capable of learning. We learn a lot. We become more aware. Then we are more willing to change. Change is not difficult. Especially when we see. See that change bears fruit. Takes us further.
2026 can do something. It can help us see. What? Much of what would be good for us to change. Then, once we have seen what would be good for us to change, it can be a start. A start of something that can bring us a lot of joy. We are. People are what they are. Loving. Able to love. We walk differently when we love.
Friends – it still sounds like a fairy tale. But you also know that fairy tales contain many truths. They also show us things. Let’s assume it’s true. It would be true that there is love everywhere. People are together. No more separation. No more wars either.
Friends – imagine if it were so. A world without war and destruction. A world led by people who love. Who love people. Who let people be. Who promote what helps.
People together who change what needs to be changed. People who courageously lead the way. Simply doing. Forces at work that do good. Doing good for people. No destruction, but construction. Development. Creating space for everything that helps people. Space stands for possibilities. Possibilities that open up because there are people who want them and initiate them.
Friends – this is not a pipe dream. You know what is possible when everyone wants it. Wants good things. When making money is not the priority, but rather what is important, what matters most: ‘Realising an idea. Moving something forward. Everything for the good of people and their well-being.’
Friends – please allow yourselves to think: ‘Everything can be different if we want it to be.’
Friends – I wish you all a happy new year. Happiness can be when a person decides for themselves. Does what they want. Lives how they want.
The most important thing for me is: ‘They love.’ Love people. Love what they do. Be grateful for what they are and can do.
Everything is good, friends. You are here. There are people who love, honour and respect what is.
